Recruitment



Our Member requirements are easy as long as you have an interest in Law Enforcement and a willingness to volunteer more than 50 hours a year.

  • You must be a resident of The Town of Webster
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid New York State driver’s license
  • Must be able to pass a Law Enforcement Background Investigation
  • Complete an oral interview with Special Police Review Board
  • No previous Law enforcement training or experience is required

To join:

  1. Pick up a Membership Application at the Webster Police Department, 1000 Ridge Rd., or
    download and print the Membership Application below (Adobe Acrobat reader required)
  2. Submit the application with all the requested information to the Webster Police Department, Attn: Chief of Special Police
